Three Winemakers, Three Vineyards, Nine Wines: An Experiment in Terroir with Anne Amie Vineyards, Bouchaine Vineyards, and Lincourt Vineyards
This Winemaker Dinner will be featuring the three wineries that created the Cube Project - Anne Amie Vineyards in Oregon, Bouchaine Vineyards in Northern California, and Lincourt Vineyards - and produced Pinot Noirs from each other’s sites. Each winemaker uses the grapes from the different properties, to makes 3 different Pinot Noirs. By comparing the wines, we are able to study and enjoy the impact of winemaking techniques vs. terroir.
Join Lincourt Vineyard’s winemaker, Leslie Renaud, along with Anne Amie Vineyard’s winemaker, Thomas Houseman, and Bouchaine Vineyard’s winemaker, Andrew Brooks, as they talk about this project and each of their own processes for making wine. The evening will include a wine symposium of 9 wines with all 3 winemakers and an amazing 5 course dinner. If you’re a wine enthusiast or just want to learn more about wine, you don’t want to miss this event!
Join us for a tasting of 3 wines from the three winemakers (nine total), followed by a five course dinner, paired with the select wines from the project that enhance each course of the elaborate menu selections.
